Baby Shower on November 8th

Its been a while since blogging...lots happening and lots to do!! Me and Eric had a sweet Thanksgiving together this year just being with one another...last time that it will be just me and him. He got up and watched the Parade with me, worked on Kaleb's room some, I cooked us dinner, and then we sat down and told each other things we were thankful for. I am so thankful for my Savior, Jesus Christ, my sweet husband, our baby on the way, and the many blessings he has provided us with this year.

My last day of work is next Friday (12th) and its going to be very bitter sweet. I love working for the church and working with the staff but very anxious to be home with Kaleb and being a mommy!! Wow, that sounded odd.

I had two wonderful baby showers in November...First one was November 8th thrown by the Church staff and the second one by my Sunday school class on November 22nd. Eric's sister and mom got to be at the first one and my mom came down for the second one. They were both so precious and I felt so much love and friendship. My church family has continued to bring in more and more presents in the last several weeks...it has truly humbled me that anyone would think of me and Kaleb to buy a gift. One of the older ladies in the church is even crocheting a baby's blanket for him!!

Lastly, the doctor finally set a C-section date for my little guy which is January 13th at 7:30am. We are thrilled, excited, anxious, nervous, and just a bottle of emotion while being in these final days. I am going to try and enjoy my belly and being pregnant these last weeks because its went by so fast.

Hopefully, this Saturday I will be putting up our tree and decorations...I look forward to sitting in the dark, fire in the fireplace, my sweetie and me in my favorite chair, puppies beside our chair, with just the Christmas lights on and listening to classic Christmas tunes!!
